A mental health day looks like doing anything other than working. That could be crocheting, watching TV, writing stuff NOT for profit, or spending time with my husband. Enjoy your mental health day with your girls!

A day unplugged spent napping, reading, and talking to friends and browsing Hobby Lobby, thrift stores, and dollar stores for crafting ideas on the cheap. Oh, and treat yourself to a bouquet of flowers, Shaunta!
